– Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

3. Shipping & Returns
– Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on location and carrier service.
– Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
– Customers must provide accurate shipping details; we are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
– Please note that all Sealed product sales (including booster packs/boxes) are final sale and not returnable.

– $6.00 Flat Rate Shipping (booster packs and singles) – With tracking
– $10.00 Flat Rate Shipping (Commander Decks/Precons) – With Tracking
– $2.00 Flat Rate Shipping (Singles order of 2 cards or less and $5 or less) – Without tracking
– Free Shipping – Singles orders $30 or more (with tracking)
Shipping Disclaimer (Untracked Methods):
By selecting a shipping method without tracking or insurance (such as stamped mail), you accept that ScryAndBuy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages once handed off to the postal carrier.
Returns and Refunds:
– Returns accepted within 14 days of order date. Cards must be in original condition.
– Refunds issued after returned cards are inspected and graded. Partial refunds may apply if condition differs.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping.
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations:
– Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped. If already shipped, follow the refund process.
4. Limitation of Liability
ScryAndBuy is not liable for:
– Issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.
– Misuse or unauthorized handling of products.
– Errors, delays, or downtime on the website.
