Order Cancellations
- Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, unless the order has already been shipped.
- If your order has shipped, you will need to follow our refund process below.
Refund Policy
- Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must return the cards at your own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned cards, we will process your refund.
- Cards must be returned in the same condition as received.
- If a card’s condition does not match its original sale condition, we may issue a partial refund based on our grading assessment.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the grading process is completed.
- Please note that all Sealed product sales (including booster packs/boxes) are final sale and not returnable.
